Following the success of PixelMax’s last event with UEFA for House of #WePlayStrong: Live, PixelMax were tasked with making the next event even bigger and better. We worked with UEFA to create another fan event, this time it was for the UEFA Women’s EURO draw, ahead of the competition taking place in England in July 2022.
The target market of the event was young women. The platform was made for the fans and centred around the live draw broadcast which took place at the same time. The live stream was built in to make the event even more electrifying.
The world we built was based on Wembley Stadium, with never-before-seen 3D elements. The sponsors for the event were also built into the world, making it even more lifelike and engaging for both the sponsors and the fans.
Football fans were able to take part in quizzes, polls, games and walk down the tunnel as if they were really at Wembley Stadium. Fans battled it out to get the high score and the glory of the most keepy-uppies. The different areas to explore had inspiring player bios, video content, an ambassador wall with TikToks and a live Twitter wall.
A 3D replica of the trophy was also built into the world, so fans could get up close and personal with the UEFA Women’s EURO trophy.
PixelMax and UEFA worked to create an experience like no other, and the wide variety of features, games, and areas to explore certainly delivered an unforgettable experience.
